How to request a return ?
INITIATE YOUR RETURN
To begin your return, please click “Request a Return” below or contact our Client Service team at customerservice@messikagroup.com.
Kindly include the following information:
Your order number (found in your order confirmation email or under “Your Orders” in your account).
The reason for your return.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving your online order. Once received, our Client Service team will review your request in accordance with our return eligibility criteria.
PREPARE YOUR RETURN PARCEL
Carefully place your creation in its original packaging, including all protective materials, certificates, and documents.
Once your return request is approved, our Client Service team will email you a prepaid return label. Please print and securely attach the label to the outside of your parcel.
You may then drop off your return at an official FedEx location.
RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been reviewed and approved.
Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days following confirmation and validation of the creation’s condition.
Please note that creations must be returned in their original, unworn state, with all protective materials, certificates, and tags intact.
We are unable to accept returns for any creation that shows signs of wear, has been altered, or does not meet the conditions above.
Personalized creations, including those that have been engraved, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange
Return for exchange
At Messika, we are committed to you loving your order. In order to exchange the jewel you purchase on our website, we will have to refund your first order. Indeed, each jewel have a unique engraving number, therefore we are obliged to re-edit an invoice and thus make a new payment. To make an exchange you have up to 14 business days after receiving your order to submit your exchange request. The return costs are free of charges.

I received my package but it was damaged when it arrived. What should i do ?
If you believe that your package was damaged during delivery by our secure carrier, please indicate this on the delivery note before signing it. To return an order, please contact our Customer Service department using the following email address: customerservice@messikagroup.com or via the “Contact us” button found at the bottom of each page on the Messika website.
I want to send a gift to someone directly. If the recipient doesn’t like it, can the item be exchanged ?
If the Messika jewelry isn't right for the recipient, please retrieve the package and return it to us (within at most 14 days following receipt) so that you can place a new order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our Customer Service department using the following email address: customerservice@messikagroup.com or via the “Contact us” button found at the bottom of each page on the Messika website.
